So, you've booked yourself tickets – now it's time for the VIP treatment to begin. If you're on O2, simply download the free Priority app to unlock exclusive experiences that will elevate your night out. Whichever venue you're heading to, there are plenty of perks to enjoy. It's quick, easy and available to every O2 customer.
How to redeem
Head to the Offers tab on your Priority app and Search 'O2 Academy Offers'. When you're ready to redeem, simply click Use now, and present the code to a member of staff. It couldn't be easier.
Our O2 Bluebars are the perfect pre-show hangout. Grab a drink, catch up with friends and soak up the atmosphere before the show. Everyone's welcome, but if you're with Priority, you'll enjoy an elevated experience. Depending on the venue, Priority members can take advantage of exclusive drink offers, free photobooth prints and other special touches designed to make your night even better.
You can get Priority Tickets to 100s of gigs and events at O2 Academy venues, up to 48 hours before general sale, on O2.
Get your night started early with buy one, get one free drinks at our O2 Bluebars, only on Priority. Available exclusively at O2 Bluebars before 8.30pm. It’s the perfect excuse to arrive early, catch up with friends and kick off the evening with a drink on O2.
Fast-track entry with Priority so you and up to three friends can skip the queue. (Available at selected shows across all venues. Your three friends don’t need to be on O2.)
Ditch the layers with a free cloakroom. Large bags, including rucksacks, are not allowed into the venue and there are no facilities to store any luggage, so please check our bag policy ahead of your visit.
Our O2 Angels are here to help. Keep an eye out for members of staff wearing angel wings on their back. They'll be able to assist with all things Priority.
Stay connected when you're running low on power. Priority members can pick up a portable charger for free at our wireless charging stations. It won't cost a penny if you bring it back within 24 hours.
