Transport methods
We’re in easy reach of many city centre bus routes and next to the Sheffield Interchange on Arundel Gate, most run across Sheffield and South Yorkshire. Travel South Yorkshire have all the information on how to get around, book tickets and plan your journey.
There’s a National Express stop here too.
Our nearest Supertram stop is Castle Square (Arundel Gate) and all three lines stop here.
The railway station is nearby at less than 800 metres away with services from LNER, East Midlands, Cross Country, Northern Rail and TransPennine Express trains all passing through for local and national services.
Look out for bike racks in local streets if pedal power’s your thing.
As we’re in the centre, Sheffield is easy to get to by all major approach roads, including the M1 but remember there are various one-way systems in our fair city so plan your route.
If you’re driving, the closest 24-hour, Monday-Sunday car park is Britannia Parking, Arundel Gate, Sheffield. The postcode for your sat nav is S1 2PN.
Accessible travel
Most buses in South Yorkshire are low-floor and fully accessible, The interchange has accessible toilets, induction systems, seating, tactile maps and more. If you need more details, visit Travel South Yorkshire.
Information about paving to tram doors and approach ramps, for customers who may access requirements and questions can be found on the Supertram website.
Accessible facilities vary between platforms, so be sure to check the National Rail site for more details about entrance and exits, step free access and services including ramps, low level counters, indication loops, toilets (radar key), lifts and staff support.
We do not have our own parking facilities, but Britannia Parking next door on Arundel Gate has 16 wide bays and eight disabled bays, this is the closest option over local streets and is 24-hour, Monday-Sunday. The postcode for your sat nav is S1 2PN.
Venue opening times
We’ll have opening times and curfew times if they’re out of the ordinary for seasoned gig-goers (7pm-11pm) on the event page of this website and on our social channels, too. All timings are subject to change, so check before you travel.
Age restrictions
It’s always best to check the age restrictions for each event in advance as they vary from show to show.
A few obvious ones:
No under 8s please (think about it), but feel free to contact us if you’re unsure and avoid disappointment.
8-13 years, you’ll need to attend with an adult (18+) and only book balcony tickets please.
Most shows are 14+ (and that means you can come without an adult over 18 and be in the stalls area) but please remember to check when you book as it can vary from show to show.
Always look for admission age policies and signs such as 14+, 16+, 18+, 21+ before you book and remember to carry proof of age if you need it.

Have we got it all covered?
