1. This Prize Promotion Notice sets out the details of the Maximo Park signed vinyl competition (the "Prize Promotion") being run by Academy Music Group Limited (“Our”, "Us" and "We")*.

3. The Prize Promotion will be run through Our Instagram page at:

4. To enter the Prize Promotion, you must:

• Be a resident in the United Kingdom
• Be able to comply with terms and all the Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions
• Be at least 18 years old

5. To enter the Prize Promotion: like, share and comment on the Instagram prize post

6. 6. The Prize Promotion will commence on at 12pm on Wednesday 28 January and end on Monday 9 February at 23:59pm

7.The Prize is (the "Prize"):

1x signed Maximo Park vinyl

8. There are 1 Prizes available per venue (O2 Academy Bournemouth and O2 Academy Birmingham only).

9. If you are a winner of the Prize Promotion ("Winner"), you will be notified before Tuesday 10 February at 23:59pm by Instagram Direct Message and advised on how to collect the Prize. Please note that if you do not respond within 2 Days we reserve the right to select a different Winner.

10. Proof of identification may be required to claim the Prize.

11. This Prize Promotion is a Prize draw as defined in the Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions.

12. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms of this Prize Promotion Notice and the Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions, the terms of this Prize Promotion Notice shall prevail.
