O2 Academy app
If you’re coming to a show, you’ll need to use the O2 Academy app to access your tickets and transfer to other people you’re attending with. Each individual must have their own ticket.
Here’s everything you need to know ahead before your visit.

All tickets will be delivered to you via our O2 Academy app.
You will be able to access your tickets easily and share with those attending the event with you. Each individual must have their own ticket.
Ticketmaster will email the lead booker with all-important ticket information ahead of the show.

Open the O2 Academy app and head to ‘My Tickets’.
Log in with the email address you used to purchase your tickets.
Please make sure you are using the same email address and password that you bought the tickets with.

Each individual must have their own ticket. For quick and easy entry, please ensure you transfer tickets to the rest of your party before you arrive.
Just sign in to access your tickets in the O2 Academy app using the account details you entered when you purchased your ticket.
Please make sure you are using the same email address that you bought the tickets with.
Open ‘My Events’ and tap the ‘Transfer’ tickets button. Enter your recipient’s information, including their email address and hit ‘Transfer Ticket’.
The person you’re transferring to, will need a Ticketmaster account. It’s free to register, just visit the ‘Create a Ticketmaster Account’ FAQ for more information or just visit Ticketmaster for step-by-step instructions.

Your tickets are usually available up to one week prior to your event date.
If your tickets still haven’t appeared three working days before your show, please contact your point of purchase.
