O2 Academy Venue app FAQs | Academy Music Group

Getting started

The O2 Academy Venues App is your go-to app to stay connected with your favourite O2 Academy venue. Discover new events, enter exclusive prize draws, and keep all of your tickets in one handy app. Live music couldn’t be easier.

The O2 Academy Venues App is available to download for iOS and Android.

Your Ticketmaster wallet stores your tickets and allows you to gain access to the event. Your app profile keeps track of your favourite artists and genres, so that you only receive updates and information that’s important to you.

By having your ticket stored safely in the app, you won’t have to worry about printing tickets or digging through your emails, getting you into the venue quicker. Tickets also stored in-app are protected against fraud and scams, helping to make sure that real fans get through the door.

Push notifications help us keep you in the loop. By enabling push notifications, it means we can notify you of any changes or important reminders, whilst also keeping you up-to-date on any relevant new events that we think you’ll love.

Sharing your location allows us to send you exclusive offers and content as soon as you walk through the door. It also helps us to keep information relevant to you, so that you only receive information important to you.

Scroll to the bottom of the homepage and tap “Edit my interests”. Alternatively, tap “More”, and tap “Edit my interests”.

Tap on the “More” tab, and go to “Your content”. Your favourites and schedule will all be stored under here.

Locate the “More” tab, and tap “Change my region”. You will be able to change to your most interested venue region here.

Yes, the app is designed to work with standard accessibility features on iOS and Android, including screen readers. Please get in touch if you experience any issues.

Your tickets will usually appear around 30 days before the day of the event. For some events, as an added security measure, your tickets will not be available until between three and five days before an event.
