Box office and ticketing service

Ticketmaster is our official booking partner, selling tickets for all Academy Music Group venues in the UK.

Box office times

If you're picking up tickets for a show that you're attending, the Box Office will open two hours before doors on the day of the event. 

Access and disability provision

If you can’t find what you’re looking for, please email us.

Lost property 

If you’ve lost something, we’ll hang on to it for seven days. 

Just let us know what’s gone missing, when, and where you lost it and contact us – if we find it, we’ll let you know.
