Ticket sales will be available in person ONLY, and will begin at 12pm (midday) TODAY Sunday 22nd February at O2 Ritz, Whitworth St. W, Manchester. Please be courteous of neighbouring businesses and community.

This is a late show - all customers attending must be 18+.
The person attending the event must be present at the time of the purchase with their physical photo ID and credit card. If you plan to purchase 2 tickets, your guest does not need to be present when you purchase, however on the evening of the show, you must enter the venue together or your 2nd ticket will be forfeited. No transfers will be allowed. No Exceptions.
Ticket price is £99.00 including all fees.
No Cash. Contactless, Credit Cards and Debit Cards Only.
There is a 2-ticket limit per person on a strictly first come first served basis.
Queue jumping will not be permitted.
If you have purchased an accessible ticket, please alert event staff when you arrive at the venue.
Yay! You've got tickets! What to know now:
Doors open at 22:30hrs (10:30pm) / Show begins at 23:15hrs (11:15pm) on Friday 27th February. There will not be an opening act.
Please be mindful of local residents and businesses.
This is a late show - all customers attending must be 18+.
When doors open for the event, your physical photo ID and method of payment is required to enter the venue. No Exceptions.
Whilst in the queue our team will check your photo ID and payment details and match them to the order in our system. Entry into the venue is dependent on your physical ID check and payment information matching the order in our system.
If you purchased 2 tickets, you and your guest must enter the venue together. If you enter without your guest, your second ticket will be forfeited. No Exceptions.
After your identity is verified, you will go through security and enter the venue.
Once you enter the venue, there is absolutely no re-entry after you exit. That means no ins-and-outs. No Exceptions.
If you requested access requirements when you purchased the ticket(s), please alert event staff when you check-in.
The event is General Admission standing. Please plan accordingly.
Small bags no larger than A4 and smaller are permitted. Larger bags including rucksacks will not be permitted.

Security measures are in place with bag checks on arrival. Only one small bag per person is permitted, and it must not be bigger than A4 size.

We have a cloakroom where we charge a small fee per item (although Priority members can use it for free, find out how by visiting the On O2 page). Space is limited, so please travel light.
The earlier you get there, the less busy it will be, but as long as you hold on to your ticket, it’s easy to get your stuff back.
Our bars no longer accept cash, so it's contactless or card payments only for bars and cloakrooms please.
Once leaving the venue, re-admittance is not permitted.
Yes, there is level access to most of our main auditoriums, and we work hard with Attitude Is Everything to continually improve access for all our customers. Just visit the Access page for more information.
Our venue doesn’t have its own parking facilities, but there are bays and street parking locally on Whitworth Street West and Great Marlborough Street close by. Unfortunately we don’t have a drop off point at our entrance.
We reserve the right to refuse admission without a reason, so if you behave inappropriately in the queue, we might deny entry without a refund.
