Parking / By car

There are two official car parks immediately adjacent to the building both priced £10.00 (cash only).

The smaller car park on the Hyde Road side of the building caters for our patrons with access requirements, with a limited number of spaces used on a first come first served basis.

Both car parks are open & supervised from one hour before the event doors. Spaces and/or tickets may not be reserved in advance.

Box office times

Counter sales - the box office counter at the O2 Apollo Manchester is open from 5.00pm on event days only.

Postal bookings - we accept postal bookings by Theatre Token and O2 Academy voucher. Please include a covering letter.

Telephone - we only take Live Access bookings over the telephone at the venue. All other box office enquiries and bookings should go through our Ticketmaster number 08444 777 677 

Door / stage times

We'll have opening times, stage times (if we know them on show days) and curfew times if they're out of the ordinary for seasoned gig-goers (7pm-11pm) on the event page of this website and on our social channels too. They are usually available around 2pm on the event day but can be later - we post as soon as we have them. All timings are subject to change, so check before you travel. 

Age restrictions

Children under 2 do not require a ticket. Please carefully check specific event restrictions and suitability prior to purchasing a ticket.

Everyone over 2 years old must have a valid ticket. Accompanying adults may be asked to remove disruptive children.
If any discounts are available for children, the maximum age to qualify is 14 years old.
