Getting here

By bus

We’re in easy reach of many city centre bus routes and next to the Sheffield Interchange on Arundel Gate, most run across Sheffield and South Yorkshire. Travel South-Yorkshire have all the information on how to get around, book tickets and plan your journey.

There’s a National Express stop here too.

Most buses in South Yorkshire are low-floor and fully accessible, The interchange has accessible toilets, induction systems, seating, tactile maps and more. If you need more details, visit Travel South Yorkshire.

By train

The railway station is nearby at less than 800 metres away with services from East Coast, East Midlands, Cross Country, Northern Rail and TransPennine Express trains all passing through for local and national services.

Accessible facilities vary between platforms, so be sure to check the National Rail site for more details about entrance and exits, step free access and services including ramps, low level counters, indication loops, toilets (radar key), lifts and staff support.

Parking and by car

As we’re in the centre, Sheffield is easy to get to by all major approach roads, including the M1 but remember there are various one-way systems in our fair city so plan your route.

If you’re driving, the closest 24 hour NCP car park is next door at Arundel Gate, Pond Street, Sheffield. The post code for your sat nav is S1 2PN.

Ticket holders can claim a discount, just bring your parking chip to our box office.

Disabled parking and by car

We do not have our own parking facilities, but the 24 hour NCP car park next door on Arundel Gate has 16 wide bays and eight disabled bays, this is the closest option over local streets.

By tram

Our nearest Supertram stop is Castle Square (Arundel Gate) and all three lines stop here.

Information about paving to tram doors and approach ramps, for customers who may access requirements and questions can be found on the Supertram website.

By bike

Look out for bike racks in local streets if pedal power’s your thing.

Taxi

Always plan your journey in advance. You can find and pre-book a minicab and find the cheapest fares with minicabit

Venue opening times

We’ll have opening times, stage times (if we know them on show days) and curfew times if they’re out of the ordinary for seasoned gig-goers (7pm-11pm) on the event page of this website and on our social channels, too. All timings are subject to change, so check before you travel.

Facilities

We have bars (of course) and cloakrooms to leave your stuff WHILE if you’re visiting us for the first time, just ask any of our friendly staff to show you the way.

Age restrictions

It’s always best to check the age restrictions for each event in advance as they vary from show to show.

A few obvious ones:

No under 8s please (think about it), but feel free to contact us if you’re unsure and avoid disappointment.

8-13 years, you’ll need to attend with an adult (18+).

14+, 16+, 18+, 21+… be sure before you book and remember to carry proof of age if you it.

Find out what we accept in our FAQs.

Have we got it all covered?

Hopefully, but if we’ve missed anything, it will be in our FAQs (with any luck).
