The Real People

Formed in Liverpool in the late 1980s by brothers Chris and Tony Griffiths, The Real People, or "The Realies" as they are known to their fans, were as pivotal as The La's and the Stone Roses in reinventing rock ‘n’ roll with their self-titled 1991 debut. Their early sound had a huge influence on Oasis, as did the band, and over the years, also penned track for several other artists.
